ITG ProcureCard

ProcureCard is a robust, Web-based buyer's tool that provides for online reconciliation, receiving and workflow approval.

The problem with Web-based purchasing is that any user who makes numerous purchases (such as a buyer) must keep track of the various receipts, shopping carts, printouts, etc. ProcureCard, ITG’s electronic purchase log, solves this problem by capturing the information directly from the shopping cart/electronic receipt. It interprets this information and stores it in a standardized format for retrieval. You are then able to sort purchases by numerous data elements, such as order, order date, CLIN, description, unit price, total price, quantity, manufacturer’s ID, etc.

ProcureCard also allows ad-hoc and manual entries, ensuring all purchases are recorded. Other features provide for handling a purchase as an organizational request. Thus ProcureCard has the ability to handle attachments (i.e. requisition requests, etc.), and notes. Its workflow features allow a purchaser to receive an approval request and forward screen captures to others. Responses, notes, decisions and locations are tracked real-time.
