The purchasing department uses CENTRE to manage incoming purchase order requests. They monitor inventory levels and issue purchase orders when necessary. CENTRE handles the workflow and approvals for the purchase order and reconciles itself with Receiving when the equipment arrives.
CENTRE allows the user to track the data and performance of suppliers. Every time a vendor or a subcontractor is used they are rated. Their performance and trend information can be monitored to make informed decision that will lead to higher levels of customer satisfaction.
