Software Engineering Institute (SEI) Intro to CMMI 1.2

Intro to CMMI 1.2 is an official Software Engineering Institute (SEI) course that introduces participants to Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) fundamental concepts. CMMI is a process improvement system that provides organizations with effective methodologies. The CMMI models support enterprise-wide improvements by integrating Best Practices and proven process improvement tools. Emphasis is placed on understanding process areas and the application of CMMI models into real-world process improvement programs.

ISO 9001:2008 Lead Auditor

In collaboration with BSI Management Systems, ITG offers this five-day RABQSA certified course which teaches the principles of effective quality management systems and process audits in accordance with the ISO 9000 series of standards. Experienced instructors guide students through the entire audit process, from managing an audit program to reporting audit results. Students learn auditing skills through formal classroom tutorials, role-playing, group workshops, and open forum discussions. Students successfully completing this course (by passing the continual evaluation and the written examination) fulfill the RABQSA training requirements for QMS Auditor and QMS Lead Auditor certification.

Students gain necessary auditing skills through formal classroom tutorials, practical role-playing, group workshops, and open forum discussions. Students successfully completing this course (by passing the continual evaluation and the written examination) fulfill the RABQSA training requirements for an Internal Quality Systems Auditor.
