ITG operates a quality management system based on ISO, ITIL and CMMI principles. We have received ISO 9001: 2000 and ISO/IEC 20000-1:2005 registrations and CMMI III appraisal and are in the process of applying for ITIL certification for our CENTRE Enterprise Resource Planning product and CMMI V appraisal across all company departments.
Our CMMI III appraisal scope is "Software Engineering and Systems Engineering", while our ISO 9001 registration scope is "Design, Service and Repair of IT Equipment, Primarily for the Federal Government", and the ISO 20000 scope is "Service Call Management for Customers". All certifications were granted for performance across all company departments.
Not only does ITG operate utilizing its Best Practice foundation, it also has a group, Quality Standards & Performance Solutions, focused entirely on training, consulting, implementation and appraisal services for its clients to Quality standards and models including ISO, CMMI, ITIL, PMP, Six Sigma and ADA. ITG is a member of the American Society for Quality, and a Partner to the DoD's Software Engineering Institute for CMMI training and appraisal services. ITG offers ISO and CMMI accredited training.
