Integration Technologies Group, Inc. Announces the Promotion of Heather Reis

Integration Technologies Group, Inc. (ITG), an IT products and services company providing Best Practices consulting, IT managed services, accessibility, video-teleconferencing and enterprise solutions, has announced the promotion of Heather Reis to the positions of Vice President of Operations and Consulting Services.

This promotion is part of a business and management continuity plan designed to ensure the continuing and uninterrupted growth and success the company has been enjoying for the past thirty-four years.

“Since September of 2011, when Heather joined us as sales representative for our then embryonic Best Practices consulting services, she has continually demonstrated unbounded energy, intellect and commitment, leading to the growth of her business unit, to a series of promotions and culminating to today’s announcement,” said Michael Angelakis, ITG’s Chairman and CEO.

Reporting to the CEO, Heather’s responsibilities, in addition to the continuing overseeing the Best Practices unit, will include the direction and supervision of the Vendors Relations Office, the Program Management Office, the Subcontractor Relations Group, the National Support Center, the Quality Assurance Group, and the Human resources department.

Heather Reis Bio

Most recently, Heather held the position of Vice President, Consulting and Program Management for ITG. In that capacity, she was responsible for the identification, development, and delivery of consulting services to customers. Heather excelled in that role, elevating ITG’s consulting services to a consistently growing number of customers.

Heather has over fifteen years’ experience in process improvement and quality management. Her previous experience includes work at BSI Group, a global ISO registrar, with roles in global account management, business development, auditing, and quality management.

Heather is in possession of over ten process improvement and project management related certifications, including ASQ Six Sigma Greenbelt, SAFe Agilest, Certified ScrumMaster, Information Security Management Systems and Management Systems Auditing.
