ITG offers several implementations of its CENTRE modules that satisfy ISO 9001:2008, ISO 20000-1:2005 as well as significant requirements of ISO 27001:2005.

Document and Records Control, HR Management, Supplier Chain Management and Customer Satisfaction Surveys make up the bulk of the ISO 9001:2008 compliance suite. All of the above, plus IT Service Management, Change and Configuration Management, as well as Release Management provide compliance with the ISO 20000-1:2005 standard.

IT Security related enhancements to the Change and Configuration Management, Supply Chain Management and HR Management modules provide compliance with “Protection of Organizational Records”, “Review of the Information Security Policy”, “Identification of Risks to External Parties”, “Asset Management” and several other clauses and sub clauses of the 27001:2005 standard.
